Petra, Jordan
This family run hotel is set in a prime location, just a few hundred metres from the ancient city of Petra. The 180 rooms are spacious and comfortable and have either a spectacular view of the Petra Mountains, a view over the beautiful gardens, or a view over the small courtyard and swimming pool. There is also a larger pool in the gardens and a Turkish bath which is an absolute treat after a long day exploring Petra. The restaurant serves a mix of traditional Jordanian dishes, Middle Eastern specialities, and international cuisine, and the rustic Wrangler Bar is a welcome spot for relaxing with a drink in the evenings.
