With a fleet of 2 luxurious ships, The Au Co is one of the few cruises in Halong Bay offering a three-day continuous cruise in a single trip through the Gulf of Tonkin, covering world-renowned Halong Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay & Cat Ba Island. Each ship has 32 spacious private cabins with en-suite facilities and balconies.

Suggested itinerary

Day 1
Halong Bay

On arrival in Halong Bay, check-in at the cruise centre and board your deluxe junk. At approximately 12:45 pm, you will depart from Tuan Chau. Lunch will be served on board while The Au Co cruises leisurely towards Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave. After a guided tour of the cave, return to the boat and take part in a cooking demonstration or enjoy drinks on the deck before dinner is served on board. Remainder of the evening is at leisure.

Day 2
Lan Ha Bay, Cat Ba Island

Early risers can start the day with a refreshing Tai Chi class on the sundeck or simply enjoy the breath-taking views of the bay while the ship begins cruising quietly. After breakfast, visit Vung Vieng floating fishing village by traditional bamboo boat. Return to the ship and start cruising towards Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba Island whilst lunch is served on board. In the afternoon, enjoy guided biking or hiking excursion through the national park of Cat Ba Island and visit the Au Co organic farm. You will have time to swim and kayak in Viet Hai Lagooon. Remainder of the evening is at leisure with a barbeque buffet dinner served at the restaurant on board.

Day 3
Halong Bay

Early risers can enjoy another Tai Chi class on the sundeck while the ship starts to cruise leisurely in Halong Bay. After breakfast, you will have the option to join a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony. Disembark from the ship in Tuan Chau at approximately 10:45 am.
