Rainforest Edge is set in a natural setting on a mountaintop, close to Sinharaja rainforest. Most of the fruits and vegetables used in the traditional Sri Lankan cuisine served in the resort is grown in organic farms within the resort premises. Mountain bikes are available free of charge. Kayaking, jungle walks, Bird watching and Jeep safaris to Sinharaja rainforest can be arranged. Rooms are simple, ethnic-style, en-suite and the property also offers a pool with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and rainforest.
