Conveniently located between Hatton and Dikoya, in Sri Lanka's tea country, Camellia Hills has just five rooms. Overlooking Castlereagh Reservoir and surrounded by tea plantations this boutique property reflects a tea planter's bungalow. Rooms can be booked individually or the whole villa can be booked exclusively for friends and family travelling together.

The villa is contemporary in style with high ceilings and vast windows to take in the views of the verdant landscape outside. The open-plan lounge has a fireplace to create a cosy atmosphere on chilly evenings and there is a 10 metre pool in the garden for when the temperatures rise. Meals can be taken on the open terrace with views as delicious as the food.

Camellia Hills is a perfect base from which to explore the tea estates either with a guide or on your own at your pace. Tea factory tours can also be arranged.
