Onyado Tsutaya is a traditional property in the heart of the Kiso Valley, conveniently located within easy reach of the Nakasendo Way.  The rooms are pure Japanese in style with low tables on tatami floors and there are two rooms, with private outdoor baths, overlooking the Kiso River. After a long day of walking relax in the hotels own onsen pool, with a choice between outdoors or the indoor medicinal bath. The food served is hearty and is a fusion of traditional and modern, using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, often from the property’s own vegetable garden.
