Making A Booking

If you have chosen a holiday, either from our website, brochure or through our tailor-made service, and would like to book or discuss it further please contact us by email, phone, fax or post.

To secure your holiday we require a deposit of £200 per person or 15% of your holiday cost, whichever is higher, which can be paid over the telephone by giving us your credit card details. You can also download our booking form, print it and fax or post it to us after completion together with your deposit. A higher deposit may be required for the guest lecturer tours, the Palace on Wheels or the Deccan Odyssey.

Some hotels, notably beach resorts during peak season and luxury trains may require a higher deposit, we will advise you if this is necessary, while accepting your booking. Please note the deposit is non-refundable as per our booking conditions.

On receipt of your booking we will send you a booking acceptance letter normally within 7 days.

The standard of your holiday is guaranteed by our commitment to the highest standards of service. All your money paid to us is fully protected by our bonding with and membership of ATOL, ABTA and AiTO.
